The List on the Fridge

The small stuff piles up because nobody will come do it.

A door that won't latch. A fan that wobbles. Two holes in the drywall, a running toilet, a fixture you've been meaning to swap. None of it is big enough for most contractors to send a truck, so it sits, and the list on the fridge keeps growing.

Hand us the whole list. One licensed crew shows up, knocks it all out in as few trips as possible, and gives you one clear price for the lot. The jobs other companies are too busy for are the ones we built this company to do.

No job too small

A single repair or a page-long list. We show up for both.

Licensed, not a guy in a truck

Contractor-grade accountability on even the little fixes.

One price for the whole list

A clear written estimate up front, no surprises at the end.

We purchased a house sight unseen and had to coordinate remotely. They were upfront on which items should be done and where we could be cost efficient. Honest, fair, and reliable. They eased our fears getting everything taken care of.

Questions

Handyman questions, answered.

Do handymen need a license in Nevada?

In Nevada, jobs over a set dollar threshold legally require a licensed contractor, and many "handymen" are not licensed. We are. Maintenance America is a licensed Nevada contractor (NV License #0094541), bonded and insured, so we can legally handle the small fixes and the bigger jobs a true handyman cannot touch. You get handyman convenience with contractor-grade accountability.

What is the difference between a handyman and a general contractor?

A handyman handles small, odd jobs; a general contractor is licensed for larger, permitted work like remodels. Most companies are one or the other. We are both, which means the same crew you trust for a leaky faucet can also remodel your kitchen, and you only have to find one company you trust.

Do you do small, single-item jobs?

Yes. The single repair, the one stubborn item, the job other companies will not bother to send a truck for, that is exactly the work we are known for. No job is too small, and you still get a real, professional crew and a clear price.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical?

We handle the plumbing and electrical repairs that come up around the house: faucets, disposals, toilets, fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets. For those everyday fixes you do not need to call a separate plumber or electrician and pay their minimums. For major service work beyond repairs, we will tell you honestly when a specialist is the right call.

Can you knock out an inspection repair list before my home closes?

Yes, this is one of our specialties. Send us the inspection report, we price it fast, schedule around your closing date, and document every completed item so your sale stays on track. It is why Las Vegas Realtors keep us on speed dial.

Is the estimate free?

Always. Send a few photos or your list and we will get you a clear, honest price. No pressure, no obligation.
