Water Damage · Flood · Mold · Las Vegas
A burst pipe, a failed water heater, a monsoon leak, or mold you just found: one licensed crew handles the whole water damage restoration, from drying and mold cleanup to new drywall, flooring, and paint. You get a fixed written scope, and we stay until the room is finished, not just dry.
Every job starts with a written scope Illustrative image · AI-generated Water Coming In Right Now?
Before anyone sells you anything, here is what actually protects your home and your insurance claim in the first ten minutes.
Close the valve behind the toilet, under the sink, or at the water heater. Can't find it? Shut the main by the street or garage.
If the breaker panel is dry and safe to reach, switch off circuits feeding soaked rooms. Stay off saturated floors around outlets.
Before you move or mop a thing, take photos and video of the water, the source, and everything it touched. Your insurance claim will thank you.
The faster it dries, the smaller the job. We answer, we come look, and we tell you honestly what it needs.
702-773-8434The Part Nobody Warns You About
Here is how water damage usually goes in Las Vegas: a restoration franchise shows up fast, rips out the wet drywall, sets loud fans for three days, hands you a bill, and disappears. Now you are living with bare studs and concrete, calling around for a contractor to put your house back together.
That second half is the part we never hand off, because we are the contractor. One licensed crew dries it, fixes what caused it, and rebuilds the room to finished and painted. The flood is gone, and so is every trace of it.
Cleanup and rebuild in one written price, itemized the way your insurance adjuster needs it.
The people who dry it are the people who rebuild it. Nobody hands you off, nobody disappears.
We are done when the room looks like nothing ever happened, not when the fans get picked up.
What We Handle
From the emergency dry-out to the last coat of paint, every step is our step.
The full arc: extract, dry, tear out what's ruined, rebuild what goes back.
Mold-damaged material out, the moisture source fixed, the room rebuilt.
The Vegas classics, cleaned up and repaired at the source.
Why Speed Matters
This isn't a sales tactic. It's just what water does, and it's why "I'll deal with it Monday" gets expensive.
It wicks up drywall, slips under baseboards, and soaks the pad under your floors, far past the puddle you can see.
Inside warm, wet drywall, mold can begin growing within a day or two. What starts as a drying job becomes a mold job.
Warped floors, stained ceilings, spreading mold. Every day wet means more tear-out, more rebuild, more money.
The sooner it's dry, the smaller the job.
Call 702-773-8434The Money Question
Usually, sudden and accidental damage is covered: the burst pipe, the failed water heater, the overflowing tub. Slow leaks that sat unnoticed often are not. And rainwater or flash-flood water from outside typically needs separate flood coverage.
We are contractors, not insurance adjusters, so we will never promise you a payout. What we will do is make your claim as strong as it can be: we photograph everything, document the damage room by room, and write the itemized scope your adjuster needs. You handle one company while it happens, and your house gets put back together either way.
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, appliance overflows: sudden, accidental, and documented fast.
Slow leaks and long-term moisture. Coverage turns on your policy's wording and how quickly it was found.
Monsoon and flash-flood water from outside is its own policy. If you're not sure, check before you need it.
Either way: photograph first, then call. Documentation is everything.
No Scare Tactics
Mold marketing runs on panic. Here's the straight version, from a licensed contractor who fixes it for a living.
Usually surface mildew on caulk and grout, and usually a cleaning problem, not a construction problem. It becomes our kind of problem when it keeps coming back, spreads past the wet zone, or the wall behind it feels soft. That's moisture in the wall, and it needs the source fixed, not another bottle of spray.
Trust your nose. That smell is often hidden moisture: a slow supply-line leak, a swamp cooler drip in the attic, a shower pan seeping into the wall. We find the source, open only what needs opening, and fix both the leak and the damage it caused.
When drywall, insulation, or flooring has been wet long enough to grow mold inside it, cleaning the surface is cosmetic. The honest fix is removing the damaged material, treating the area, and rebuilding. We tell you which side of that line you're on, even when the answer is "you don't need us."
Nevada has no mold license. There is no "state-certified mold remediator" here, no matter what an ad says. What Nevada does license is contractors, because removing and replacing drywall, flooring, and framing is construction. We do it as licensed repair work (NV License #0094541), and testing goes to independent labs with no stake in the answer.
Stop Living With It
Send a few photos or have us out to look. We'll tell you honestly what it needs, what it doesn't, and exactly what it costs. No pressure either way.
How It Works
Handled means handled. Here's what that looks like.
We find everywhere the water went, stop the source, and get drying equipment on it before mold gets a vote.
Cleanup and rebuild in one itemized price, written the way your insurance adjuster needs it. No creeping bill.
Drywall, texture, flooring, trim, paint. Done when it looks like nothing ever happened, and cleaned up like we were never there.
The build-back: like it never happened
Drag the slider. Step 3 is the whole point.
Why Homeowners Trust Us
Water damage puts strangers in your home while you're stressed, tired, and out of your depth. That is exactly when accountability matters most. Owner Tony Cuomo stays involved, our crew is licensed and in uniform, and our office actually answers the phone. We're a Las Vegas family business, and we've been fixing this city's homes since 2010.
If something's not right, you know exactly who stands behind it. That accountability is the whole point.
